Returns & Exchanges:
We offer full refunds up to 7 days after the customer receives the package, minus return shipping costs. Exchanges up to 14 days after the customer receives the package, minus return shipping costs, We offer full store credit, less shipping costs. We do not provide refunds or store credits until we receive the returned item.
At this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item. Please note that all return items should be unworn and returned in the original packing materials which include tags. All sale items (including sample sale) are FINAL SALE.
